Our Journey from University Research to Industry.
What started as a university research project became our mission. In 2019, Andreas Noel, Dr. Ilya Zilberman, and Felix Bauer founded Crino as a spin-off of the Technical University of Munich. Andreas and Ilya brought deep academic expertise in battery technology, while Felix contributed years of hands-on automotive industry experience. Today, Crino sets out to bridge the gap between lab-grade precision and production-scale reliability, building the testing tools we wished existed when we were researchers ourselves.
